Frequently Asked Questions
We offer free shipping on all orders where the price of the items is $50 or more and shipping to an address in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska, contact us for shipping rates to these states). Some items do not ship for free, they are noted on the product's page. We do not ship outside the U.S. You will receive a tracking number after the order is placed and shipped. All items in stock ship out in 1-2 business days. If an item is not in stock it will ship as soon as it is available. Typically, small orders of 1-2 items ship out the same day they are ordered, if they are ordered before 1 pm CST, Monday through Friday. We do not ship items on Saturday or Sunday so any orders placed then, will ship on Monday. Shipment transit times are 2-7 business days depending on your location. We do offer expedited 2-day shipping for $35. You can sign up to view tracking and order status here.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return for 100% refund or exchange within 30 days after receipt. If items are damaged or missing we will pay the return shipping costs.
How long do the contents of the kits last?
Individual products within each kit may have labeled expiration daes. First aid supplies should be inspected and rotated as needed.
Do you offer discounts?
We have sale items at different times throughout the year. Subscribe to our email list to find out when items go on sale. We send emails infrequently and never send "spam".
